This new vision of a hydration pack offers impressive fit and comfort proving to be a true all-roun pack that delivers the "elite performance of super-light uncluttered weatherproof design" promised by Platypus. My only qualm has been that the soft, stretch-woven surface stretched over a ventilated foam padded should straps do have a tendency to slip on the shoulders when you aren't using the sternum strap... and I'm guessing that like me you probably aren't using that strap unless your hitting the trails aggressively. Despite that minor shortcoming, Platypus has truly done an outstanding job designing a hydration pack that is unique and highly functional. This has become my go-to daily pack and I would recommend it without reservation to anyone looking for a streamlined durable pack worthy of any adventure. |
