This review is from: Liberty Mountain Vinyl Poncho, Military Green (Misc.) I bought two of these ponchos for backpacking as rain protection, as well as a tarp to lay on. One of them tore as soon as I unfolded it. The other I took on a backpacking trip, and while it did make it back in one piece (albeit with some tears) it did not hold up as well as I would like. These are best used as cheap (although I wouldn't call $7 cheap for a plastic poncho!) emergency ponchos kept in the trunk of your car or something. If you want something to be used and reused, these are not quality enough. Both of the storage bags it comes in ripped down the side when I tried to put the poncho back in. Don't buy!
