 Parts do not fit due to manufacturing defects, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: ShelterLogic 80021 Green 18'x24'x12' Peak Style Shelter (Automotive) I purchased the 18x24x12 Peak Shelter Logic after being told how good they are. Well, after receiving the boxes ( in good shape no damage) my family and I began to assemble the pipe supports. Each piece is suppose to slide into the other one, however due to a wide variety of reasons from pipe ends being out of round, oval dented, weld seams that are so large inside the pipe that you need to manually file them in order to get the pipe to slide into each other, it has been a nightmare. If you get one side to go in smooth because the 2 sides male female are actually close round the other side is sure to be off.I called several times and kept getting put into a voice mail for tech support. No one at Shelter Logic was there to assist although I left my phone number so we shall see if I get any return call. Getting one piece that may be defective is unfortunate but possible getting more than have of the nearly 100 or more pieces is ridiculous. So much for... Read more |
